We are proud to present the inaugural issue of our electronic newsletter. For over twenty years, our printed version, Beef Up Your Business, has been delivering news and merchandising ideas to the industry. With this evolution from print to electronic, our e-newsletter will continue to be a leading resource and offer technical information, promotional ideas and issues coverage relating to the Canadian beef industry.
“Our readers have told us they want more information on Canadian beef, more often,” says Rob Giguere, Sr. Director Domestic Trade Marketing for the Beef Information Centre. “An e-newsletter format gives us the flexibility to meet this industry need, while minimizing our environmental footprint.”
And we have combined three newsletters into one. The new Beef up Your Business will provide articles that focus on a single theme or trend, each addressing how it impacts three segments of the industry: Retail, Foodservice and Processing Development. In addition, Beef up Your Business will continue to be an important resource, offering technical information and issues coverage relating to Canadian beef. With interesting articles, colourful graphics and links to updates and free resources this e-newsletter is a must-have for beef professionals.
